I am now reading "Cloaked in red" By Vivian Vande Velde.The book is a retelling of the famous story "Red riding hood".It is retold in eight different ways.I like it so far.

The Gypsy goodbye

I finished reading "Enola Holmes:The case of the Gypsy goodbye" By Nancy Springer.I liked it alot and I am pretty sure it was the last book in the series.In this case it starts out with Sherlock going to Enola's home "Ferdinand hall",to find a letter left on the doorstep with Gypsy writing on it.He realizes that the letter is meant for Enola becuase there is a christhamsumum with ivy surrounded by it,on the envelope.Enola is in Londen trying to find the missing "Lady Blanchfleur del Campo",who mysteriously goes missing in the underground helping a old lady.Sherlock is also looking for the Lady.The book is filled with mystery and twists and turns that finally end up making Enola closer to her Brothers and finding out what happened to her Mother.

The wide awake princess

I started reading "The wide awake Princess" By E.D Baker Monday,and finished it last night.It was amazing I loved it.The book is about "Annie" a princess whose sister "Gwenie" was cursed to sleep for a hundred years until her true love awakens her.The most beautiful Princess in the world,tuff for "Annie" right.The big problem is that after "Annie" was born a fairy gave her the gift that no magic can affect her which is a gift and a curse becuase when "Princess Gwen" falls asleep along with the whole castle "Annie" is left awake to figure out how to save her Sister.Along with the young palace guard "Liam" "Annie" will go on a amazing journey collecting Princes to kiss her Sister she meets allot of friends and amazing surprises.The whole point to this book is that you don't always need magic to save the day in fact sometimes no magic is allot better.My favorite part of this book was that it always had something interesting going on.

I finished "Reckless" last night.It is a amazing book.

Right now I am reading "Reckless" By Cornilia Funke.The book is really good.It is about Jacob Reckless a boy who finds that in his father's abandoned study is a mirror that can take him to another world that he decided he likes more.So he keeps going back and forth between the two worlds only to come back to check on his younger brother "Will" and Mother,out of obligation.He ends up growing into a twenty something year old man and one day his younger brother who has also grown up follows him through,only to end up being slowly turned into a goyl.A creature that is made of stone and to make things worse Wills girlfriend follows him through.Along with Clara Will and a vixen,Jacob must rescue his brother from a curse that has never Been broken before.

The Pemberley chronicles

I have just started reading the first book of the"The Pemberley chronicles" By Rebecca Ann Collins.These books are based on Jane Austen's masterpiece "Pride and Prejudice".I have only read a few pages but basically the book is about what happened after Elizabeth and Darcy married.

I finished "The fire opal" about a week ago.The book was okay but I hated the ending,well I guess you could call it a ending.The book never said if Francisco came back to Muad or if her Father and Brothers ever came home.There will obviously be a sequel.

The book I am reading at the moment is "The Sisters Grimm:book 8" By Michael Buckley.I read my first Sisters Grimm book when I was around eleven.I loved them,so I was not going to miss the latest book.The book is about two Sisters who are in foster care because their parents went missing and Sabrina the older sister who is quicke witted and has a emmince amount of street smarts,gets her and younger sister Daphne out of all their critically insane foster homes.But when thay are sent to live with a old women who demands to be called "Granny Relda" because she claims that she is their Grandmother even tho they have been told their Grandmother was dead.Brings them to her town called Ferryport Landing where they find that fairy tales are real and that they are decedents of the famous Willhelm Grimm.The book I am reading now is when they go into the book of everafter to chase Mirror and Pinnochio.

Enola Holmes:the cryptic crinoline

I liked "The cryptic crinoline" allot.In this Enola Holmes mystery.Enola's half deaf land lady "Mrs.Tupper" has been kidnapped,Enola's first lead was to find Mrs.Florince Nightingale the famous "Lady with lamp" from the Crimean war but what enola cant figure out is how does Mrs.Tupper get into all of this.The book was great.

Darklight

I finished "Darklight" By lesley Livingston last night.The book was so good I read it late into the night like I do with all my favorite books.The book was about "Kelly" finally reuniting with "Sunny" but everyone keeps messing it up.The bad guy in this book is the Leperchuan that Bob stole the good luck charm from.Anyway not to let all the good stuff out it was a very good book although I hated the ending becuase it completely left me hanging.I cannot wit for the next book to come out.

Beastly

I had started reading "Beastly" By Alex Flinn yesterday.I liked it allot although a "Kiss in time" was allot better but this was good too.In fact I like it soo much that I read it in a day.The book was about Kyle Kingsbury a selfish rude vain teenage boy.When he made a witch at his school mad she changed him into a beast.The only thing I did not like about it was that it never mentioned what happened to silent maiden.

I read "Enola Holmes:case of the peculiar pink fan" By Nancy Springer.I read the book in one day.This time Enola starts out on the hunt for a man's missing leg but instead she comes across "Cicley Aster".The left handed lady who signals Enola that she is in eminence danger.Along with this mystery Enola keeps running into her two brothers constantly.The book was very interesting I liked it allot.

Destiny's path

I just read "Destiny's Path" By Frewin Jones.The book was the sequel to "Warrior Princess".The book was definitely not as interesting as the first book,but it was still a good book.

I am now reading "Wondrous Strange" By Lesley Livingston.I got this book because the front flap made it sound allot like a series I like "The fairy path" By Frewin Jones.The book was surprisingly not at all like the book,some parts of the book are allot like "The fairy path" but its still very original.The book is about Kelly.A girl who dreams of being a actress.The book is also about Sonny.One of thirteen Junos who protect the secret gate between fairy and the mortal realm.That is all I know right now I am only in chapter eight.So far it is okay.

warrior princess

I started reading "Warrior Princess" By Frewin Jones Wednesday.The book was fantastic and addicting.The book starts with Branwen the Princess of Garth Melain.She has grown up learning how to survive and hunt from her big Brother Garaint,she Love's her life and home with all her heart.Suddenly a great tradagy happens that changes her life.Her Brother is killed by their greatest enemies the Saxons right before her.She is then told for her safety from the up coming war that she is to be sent away from the only thing left that she loves,to betrothed to a Prince she only met once.So she meets along her way to what she thinks her punishment for not being able to help Garient a few friends and a few enemies.Basically "Warrior Princess" is now on my my list of favorites.I Loved it.

I am now reading "The Hardy boys:book three secret of the old mill" By Franklin W.Dixon.I decided to read it because people are always asking if I had read it and Nancy Drew.Any way the book is about Joe and Frank Hardy.The book starts out with the two brothers hanging out with there best friend Chet who ends up giving a man change for a twenty,that ends up being a counterfeit.The boys immediately want to solve the case.I actually like the book very much.At the end of every chapter there is something that makes you want to read more.

I stopped reading "Anastasia's secret" on Friday.I had gotten to a certain chapter in the book where I immediately stopped reading.The book was boring and vulgar.

The book I am reading now is "Anastasia's secret" By Susanne dunlap.The book is a fictional story about Russia's last Princess.The story is written about why they did not find Anastasia's body among the rest of her family.Before this book was written I was fascinated with Anastasia as a little girl,I even had my own theory of what happened to the grand duchess.Caution to people who are not patient and cannot withstand a long winded book,because it will take a while for it to get interesting.So far tho a very good book.

I finished "Peter and the sword of mercy" today.The book was very good.Although it was a bit long winded in some parts.

I am now reading "Peter and the sword of mercy".The fourth to the series "Peter and the starcatchers".The books are a rewritten version of Peter Pan,explaining how Peter Pan was able to fly and be a child forever also how he came to Neverland.The book may seem very childish but it is very good.

I just finished "she pale assassin".The book was fantastic,but it just ended without telling if "Le Scalpel" succeeded and if they all made it to England.I looked to see if there is going to be a sequel and there is.Ergo I cannot wait to read it.

The book I am now reading is "The pale assassin" By Patricia Elliott.The book is about Euginie,a young aristocrat who is effected immensely by the French revolution.The revolution is not her only worrie.She is engaged to a older man nicknamed "Le Fantome".A assassin who has a grudge against her Father,which only leads Euginie to run away to England but wherever she goes he will try to hunt her down.

Summer Secrets

I liked Summer Secrets By Kathleen Fuller very much.Summer Secrets is about a girl named Mary Beth.She is thirteen and Amish.The book starts out with her going to a barn she is banned from,so she can get some time for herself and away from her three brothers Johnny,Caleb and Micah.But many surprises come along to what she thought would just be time to write in her journal and draw.Such as sneeking away to her hiding place.Mary Beths worst fear is that someone will find out about her special place and tell her parents.A greater fear comes though when she realizes that someone else is using her hiding place and that person is wanting to keep the barn a secret also.The book Summer Secrets shows to just trust in God and the struggle Mary beth goes through in the decision to tell her parents about all the secrets she is holding inside of her,or to protect all the things she cares about.I got this wonderful book for free from Thomas Nelson.The book Summer Secrets Inspired me to always rely on God.

I am now reading about my favorite Perditorion Enola Holmes in."Enola Holmes the case of the bizarre bouquets".So far a good adventure.

I did not have time to post yesterday,that I had started a new book.I went to the library and got the first to a series of books.The "Enola Holmes series".I love this book about the famous detective "Sherlock Holmes" younger Sister Enola.I first started to read these series of books by accidentally getting the second one thinking it the first.But I loved it.So I went to the library yesterday and got the first book and third.Anyway it only took me about the first few chapters to get wrapped in the book.I read it in one night,ergo the book was amazing.

Days ago I had decided to stop reading "Romeo and Juliet".I did not have the time to read it.So I started reading "Ella enchanted".It is nothing like its movie at all.The charecters are different the settings are different,basicly nothing is the same.For instance Ella can speak several languages in the book,her Father is very mean.There is not even a inkling of the movie and book being alike.But besides that the book is fantasticley written .I adore its tale of a girl just triying to be able to make her own choices.

I have just ordered "Summer secrets",from Booksneeze.I cannot wait to get it.

Finished the "The egde of the sword"last night,fantastic book.

The book I am reading at the moment is "The egde of the sword".I have almost finished it,and I have to say its really good.It is set in England in the 800s.The story is about Aethflead,who is a princess.She has to be watched at all time by her bodyguard Red.One day she escapes from her bodyguard.But with her escape comes consequence,and for her own good her bodyguard teaches her how to fight like a man.With this new tool she is able to save not only herself but everyone else who is around.
